United Arab Emirates (UAE) Vacations

The United Arab Emirates is a booming metropolis with ongoing economic development, enthralling iconic skylines featuring high-rises, and beautifully crafted world-famous beaches. The UAE tourism product not only offer scenic vistas, but a culture rich in variety, opulence, entertainment, and sightseeing. The United Arab Emirates accounts for over 22 million visitors per year across the 7 emirates comprising the nation (UAE). Dubai accounts for over 16 million of these visitors since it is the most populous of the seven. Located in the Arabian Desert, this small but influential state/nation is an inspirational travel destination for the curious as well as those travelers seeking trilling yet unique world experiences for business and pleasure. Since December 2020, Abu Dhabi have been open to travelers. However, due to concerns with COVID-19 it is crucial for travelers to the location to keep abreast of updates to the region to be able to plan travel based on government strategies and policies. Likewise, some main attractions are Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah Arts Museum, Bastakia (part of old Dubai), pristine beaches and Louvre Abu Dhabi to name a few.

  • Hijri New Year (Islamic New Year): 1 Muharram – 12 August in 2021 and on 30 July in 2022
  • Prophet Mohammed’s birthday: 21 October in 2021 and on 8 October in 2022
  • Commemoration Day: 1 December (previously known as Martyr’s Day and was observed on 30 November)
  • National Day: 2 and 3 December (2 days).
